We live in a culture characterized by abundance. Thanks to the same internet that brought you to this site, there is almost no piece of information or experience that is more than a nano-second away. But amidst this mass of information and experiences many of us are still searching for more. While we feast on this bounty of facts we continue to starve for meaning. As we pile experience on top of experience, we long for ways to understand what we are feeling and thinking.

rednoW exists for this reason. We feel strongly that the sounds and images that are causing us to wonder the most are doing so for a reason. These wonder inspiring encounters act as signposts pointing towards a deeper truth for which we long. We see filmmakers and musicians as Poets, Prophets and Preachers—and here at rednoW we gather and listen with great expectation.

There are a number of great places to find the latest news and reviews on film and music. This is not one of them. Rather than standing back and seeing what we have to say about a film, song, music video or album, it is our hope to step further into the media and experience what it has to say about our lives, this world and the reality behind it all.
